  1. Building permit.
  2. Habitable certificate (to be requested from the Municipal Physical Planning Directorate of this municipality).
  3. Numbering certificate (to be requested from the Municipal Physical Planning Directorate of this municipality).
  4. Authorization of legalization issued by the municipal Delegation of agriculture of this municipality.

2- What should I do to legalize my home if it was built by my own efforts on state-owned land before 1985 and I do not have any legal document for it?

In order to legalize a house built by one's own efforts on state-owned land before 1985 (legal basis, Transitory Provision 9 of Law No. 65 of the General Housing Law), the interested party must appear at the Municipal Housing Authority and provide the documents listed below.

  1. Stamp stamp worth $ 10.00 MN.
  2. Written request with all the generals of the interested party. It must have:

Name and surname.

  • ID number.
  • Place of birth.
  • Occupation.
  • Marital status.
  • Legal address (the one you have on your identity card).

All these data must be provided in clear letters, by the identity card and in the event that you are united in a formal marriage you must also provide the data of the spouse to be included in the ownership of the property being processed.

  1. Numbering certificate (to be requested from the Municipal Physical Planning Directorate of this municipality)

In order to legalize a house built by one's own efforts on land owned by the state or private property after 1985 (legal basis Agreement 8574/019 of the Council of Ministers), the interested party must appear in person at the Municipal Housing Department and provide the documents that are listed below. relate:

With this documentation, the municipal Director of the housing proceeds to legalize the property without including the land and after the resolution of the property title has been notified, the interested party must appear at the municipal Physical Planning Directorate for the payment of the Perpetual Surface Right.

Written request with all the generals of the interested party. It must have:

ID number.
Place of birth.

Legal address (the one you have on your identity card).
